Baiju gave a workshop for our leadership team in September 2024 and a follow up hour in October. The content of the day was excellent and Baiju was very good at challenging the team and encouraging them to trust their own judgements. Each came away with practical things that could be incorporated into their day to day lives with the non-negotiables and his Be- Do-Have model which we have seen over the month or so since the workshop. The effect so far has been brilliant and the team are holding one another accountable, being more specific on their requirements, and communicating with greater clarity. When I reached out to him my business was at a critical moment and I myself was at a point where I thought I may lose it and all I had worked for.
