Last week, I had the privilege of MCing TubeFest 2025, founded by the brilliant Matt Hughes.
It was a fantastic day, focused on two key questions every content creator needs to ask:
👉 What content does my audience actually want?
👉 How can I grow and monetise my channel properly, without selling out or burning out?
I’m very lucky. I love hosting.
Speaking and coaching are at my core, but when I MC, I get a different kind of experience. I get to see behind the scenes. I get to connect with every speaker, learn from them directly, and help create the energy in the room that brings it all together.
And what a line-up it was:
Joey Fennema, Ashleigh Watson, Louise Brogan, Izabela Russell, Luke Sherran, Callum McDonnell, Samantha Hearne, David Levin, Maddy Alexander-Grout, Mike Russell, Ben Kaluza, Kirsty Carden, Jonah Tuska, and my fellow MC Washington Ali.
A brilliant mix of creativity, strategy, real-world wisdom, and energy.
And oh yes a little personal announcement…
With Matt’s advice, help, and a well-timed nudge, I’ve finally launched my own YouTube Channel! 🎥
Here’s the latest video
It’s the beginning of a new chapter, and I’m excited to build it brick by brick, just like we teach at TubeFest: with clarity, consistency, and a real connection to the audience.
